Solution:
Given,
\sqrt{4x -3} = 3

Squaring both sides
]
or, (\sqrt{4x -3})^2 = 3^2
or, 4x -3 = 9
or, 4x = 9+3
or, x = \dfrac{12}{4}
\therefore x = 3
