Question: Human resource development is the foundation for nation development.

Answer: "Human resource development is the foundation for nation development." I agree with this statement by a fact that all the developed countries in the world have very high human resource development (HRD) whereas the least developed and developing countries have very poor HRD.

In any organization, human resource is one of the many, but important, resource necessary for the development. HRD is the process of providing trainings to the existing human resource to make them skilled and capable and sustain them in the future market. It helps to prepare the manpower for the present as well as for the future. Such manpower are more dedicated to their work and yield higher productivity. So, it increases production. Similarly, they utilize the available resources and means to the optimum level for the overall social and economic development. Also, they are able to be self-employed and create employment for others, too.

To sum up, the resources produced by HRD are competent and help to eradicate the problems of the countries like lack of manpower for work, poverty, unemployment, brain drain and more. So, I stay with the statement.
