Quadratic Equation is a mathematical equation in which at least one of the terms involved has the degree equals to 2. Or, a mathematical equation with the highest degree as 2 is known as quadratic equation. In other words, an equation in the form of $ax^2 + bx + c = 0$, where a ≠ 0, and b and c are any real numbers.
In mathematics, equation is formed when two mathematical terms or expressions are equal to each other and an equals to sign is kept in between of them. It consists of a Left Hand Side (LHS) and a Right Hand Side (RHS) - generally. Whenever we perform any mathematical operation to the LHS of the equation, we need to perform the equal operation in the RHS, as well.
